For cattle, we offer testing for various genetic traits and hereditary disorders, including:

High-Throughput SNP Genotyping

SNP Typing Using State-of-the-Art Microarrays

We offer state-of-the-art platforms from Illumina and Thermo Fisher Scientific for SNP typing.

We process both commercially available and custom microarrays on both platforms.

Upon request, the generated SNP data can be transferred directly to a data center, for example, for subsequent breeding value estimation.
