for the field of veterinary medicine.

Amplification methods
This includes all tests for paternity and identity verification, as well as all tests for hereditary traits, such as performance traits or hereditary diseases.

For cattle, IFN Schönow GmbH is accredited by the International Committee for Animal Recording (ICAR) to perform pedigree analyses and SNP typing. This ensures that our SNP data meet international standards for the corresponding output formats.
IFN Schönow GmbH is a member of the International Society for Animal Genetics (ISAG). Pedigree analyses are conducted in accordance with ISAG guidelines. Through regular participation in ISAG ring tests for pedigree analysis, we ensure the quality, international comparability, and recognition of our test results.
 

In addition, IFN Schönow GmbH is affiliated with EuroGenomics as a contract laboratory through the Federal Association for Cattle and Swine (BRS).
